As a National Legal Search Consultant, Gabriela Herbstein draws from her legal background to assist associates and partners in identifying and pursuing new career opportunities.

Gabriela began her career as a transactional finance attorney at a premier New York law firm. As a fully bilingual and cross-cultural Latina, she has demonstrated her ability to help clients find positions that include affinity in cultural background.

After several years of legal practice, she applied her experience to the realm of fashion retail, representing companies in Uruguay and Argentina. She is currently the director of operations and Latin American sales for an up-and-coming women’s fashion brand based in the United States and Uruguay.

Gabriela received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from New York University and a Juris Doctor from Howard Law School.
