As General Counsel of Abstone Lalley DeNio, Inc., Ms. Sternic manages the company’s legal affairs and serves as a strategic advisor to the management team and board of directors.

Her principal areas of focus include corporate governance, business contracts drafting and negotiation, corporate real estate issues, employment law matters, and litigation management. Ms. Sternic was a founding director of the company. In addition to her work with ALD Inc., Ms. Sternic has been engaged in the private practice of law since 2002. She is a Founding Partner of Sternic Law Offices in Chicago, concentrating in the areas of corporate, business, and real estate law, as well as the management of plaintiff personal injury cases. She began her legal career in Europe as an In-house Counsel for Yugoslav Airlines.

Ms. Sternic graduated from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and also received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Belgrade School of Law.
