For 10 years, Ms. Percival recruited Presidents, General Managers, and other mid- to upper-level executives for national and international corporations. In 1987, she began specializing in legal search, placing attorneys in-house and with firms in major U.S. legal markets.

Ms. Percival has been published in the Lawyers’ Guide to the Chicago Job Market and was a panelist at the Illinois State Bar Association panel, “So You Want to Be an In-House Corporate Lawyer: Strategies for Going or Remaining In-House” (with current and former Fortune 500 company general counsels). Ms. Percival has also been a speaker for the Part-Time Lawyers Network and has been quoted in national and local news media.

Ms. Perival is a magna cum laude graduate of the State University of New York.
