Prior to joining ALD, Inc., Ms. LaBrake spent more than a decade as a litigation paralegal before advancing into leadership roles, including Office Administrator, Regional Office Administrator, and Regional Recruiter for several prestigious Am Law 100 and 200 firms. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in talent acquisition, specializing in the placement of legal support professionals, lateral associates, and partners. Additionally, she has a proven track record of optimizing workflows, building high-performing teams, and driving organizational growth.

Ms. LaBrake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and a Paralegal Certificate from Kaplan University.
