She began her career as a defense litigation attorney in Cincinnati, Ohio. After several years as a practicing attorney, Ann transitioned to legal recruiting, which has been her expertise for more than a decade.

Ann received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona in Tucson and her Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio.
