During his 23-year career as a diplomat for the U.S. government, Mr. Lowenthal lived and worked in countries in Eastern and Western Europe, South America and the Middle East, becoming proficient in half a dozen languages. He has developed an extensive network of contacts, ranging from overseas business professionals and Washington, D.C. insiders to U.S. diplomatic and consular officials and foreign journalists. It is his practical experience navigating this network and thorough understanding of different cultures that allows Mr. Lowenthal to serve as a trusted advisor to his clients.
