Biography

Ms. Restivo has more than 25 years of experience in law firm environments in the areas of employee benefits, recruitment, human resources, and operations. Her professional, administrative legal career started at Kirkland & Ellis (K&E). Following nine years at K&E, she consulted at a Fortune 500 company and at an advertising agency. She then returned to the law firm environment at Katten Muchin. Ms. Restivo was recruited from Katten Muchin to work for McDermott, Will & Emery before she ultimately finalized her career at Much Shelist.

Ms. Restivo has served on many employee benefit panels; taught classes at executive search firms; consulted with clients; made presentations regarding human resources innovations; was active in and held numerous positions and was a member of the Board of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA)-Chicago. Additionally, Ms. Restivo has spearheaded many charitable endeavors. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Psychology from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL. Ms. Restivo retired from Much Shelist effective March 29, 2013.
